Collection of Information
You are not required to provide any personally identifiable information to visit the Site. You may be required to provide personally identifiable information to use certain services on this Site, including, but not limited to, the selling services such as “Free For Sale By Owner Sign” feature, and to create a listing to sell a vehicle online or setting up a buyer and/or seller account. You may also submit personally identifiable information through the Site in other ways, including but not limited to: (a) participating in online surveys, promotions, contests and sweepstakesНѕ (b) subscribing to newsletters, editorial content, or promotional content sent via email, (c) using the Site's "Feedback" and formsНѕ responding to an inquiry via email from our listing site, (d) in connection with other products, services, features, or requests made available through the Site, (e) making information available to us via social networking logins, such as Facebook or Twitter, (f) expressing an interest in buying, selling or trading in a car (such as by using our "email" function, (g) participate in chats, web forums or other interactive sessions, (h) provide payment card information for one of our products or services. From time to time we may publish tollfree phone numbers on the Site or to contact many of the dealerships that buy vehicles for sale on the Site. If you dial one of these phone numbers, Lazychimp.com or a service provider operating on Lazychimp.com's behalf may record the date, time and length of your call and the phone number from which the call originated, along with other information that may be captured. Any Usage Data and/or personally identifiable information resulting from such calls may be used as described in this Statement. The types of personally identifiable information that you provide will depend on the nature of the submission, but could include but not limited to your name, address, phone number, and email address. In the event that you sell a vehicle through our service, an affiliate partner, or a private label affiliate, the Affiliate is required to share your name, phone number and email address with Lazychimp.com in order to allow Lazychimp.com to process and maintain your listing.
Information Collection Technologies
The Site automatically collects information and may also customize your visit through technical means. These “Technologies” include but are not limited to Cookies, local shared objects, IP address logs, & Web Beacons. "Cookies" are small identifiers sent from a web server that are stored on your device for the purpose of identifying your browser or storing information or settings in your browser. "Local shared objects," sometimes known as Flash cookies, may be used to store your preferences or display content based upon what you have viewed on various websites to personalize your visit. We may use Location Information and provide it to third parties to provide you with content and services that are relevant to a particular location, such as advertising, search results, dealers in the area, and direction, to evaluate and improve the LazyChimp.com Sites, or to provide you with content and services relevant to one or more nearby dealers. Additionally for dealers we may share location, distance, and type of dealer with seller as it relates to our service. LazyChimp.com reserves the right to share any and all information including but not limited to the aforementioned as it related to both buyers and seller on our service. Use & Sharing of Information We Collect

- To confirm or fulfill a request that you make (e.g., in order to send you a price quote or other information you have requested, LazyChimp.com may share your contact information with a participating LazyChimp.com dealer and/or manufacturer).
- To follow up on any request that you have previously made (e.g., LazyChimp.com may contact you to determine whether the dealer and/or manufacturer responded to your original request).
- To communicate with you regarding the LazyChimp.com service (e.g., LazyChimp.com may send you emails or call you to confirm a price quote request or to notify you that you have received an offer / lead regarding a vehicle you have advertised or to request that you participate in a survey).
- To send promotional materials, newsletters or other content via email, mobile device, or otherwise. If you no longer wish to receive a particular email newsletter or other promotion from LazyChimp.com, you must follow the optout instructions included in such emails, newsletters, and promotions.
- To improve your user experience.
- Processing and collecting payments and providing customer support
- Create listings and advertisements for any cars and other vehicles that you list for sale with us. These listings and advertisements may appear on the LazyChimp.com Sites and other websites, mobile applications or services of third parties
- Provide values and/or offers for cars that you would like to buy, sell, or trade in
- Offer our other products or services and/or the products or services of others to you
- Communicate about, and administer your participation in, special events, programs, surveys, contests, sweepstakes and other offers or promotions
- Enable you to interact with LazyChimp.com and our users, dealers, manufacturers and others through various means, such as through our message boards, blogs and social media
- The PII we receive from you through your use of the Service may be used or shared by us with third parties, including dealers, automobile manufactures, marketing businesses, lead generation businesses, email service providers, our partners who make the Service available on their web pages, and our corporate affiliates (collectively, “Affiliates”). These third parties are authorized to use the PII we may share only to the extent necessary to provide their respective services.

Social Media
We may include applications or widgets from social media providers that allow interaction or content sharing by their users. These widgets, such as a Facebook "Share" or "Like" button, are visible to you on the web page you visit. Integration between the LazyChimp.com Sites and social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter and others may allow social media networks in which you participate to collect information about you, even when you do not explicitly activate the network's application or widget. The privacy policy of the social media network controls the collection, use and disclosure of all personal information transmitted to that network.
Single Sign-On
You can log in to our website, and may in some cases, our partner websites, using signin services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain PII with us such as your name and email address to prepopulate our membership form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your LazyChimp.com activities to your Facebook profile page to share with others within your Facebook network.
Advertising & Analytics Service Providers
Collected data is used by LazyChimp.com.com for administrative, analytical, research, optimization and other purposes. For example, LazyChimp.com may use statistical analyses of Usage Data in order to measure interest in the various areas of the Site, for development purposes and to inform advertisers and partners in aggregate and anonymous terms about consumers who click on their advertising or other messages. IP addresses are also used for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes.
With respect to promotional materials and newsletters that LazyChimp.com may send from time to time, LazyChimp.com will not continue to send you such communications unless you ask us not to by clicking opt out or similar terminology on specific marketing methods or by emailing privacy@lazychimp.com. However, you agree that LazyChimp.com may send to you, and you cannot opt out of, communications of a transactional or relationship nature, including, but not limited to, communications regarding fraudulent or illegal activity, the status of your account, changes to this Statement or the LazyChimp.com Terms of Service, as well as communications to confirm, fulfill and follow up on your account registration or a request submitted through the Site.
We may also allow certain thirdparty analytics service providers to include web beacons within the pages of this website and within the pages of our partner websites on which the Service is available. We may also share portions of our log file data, including IP addresses, with these service providers for analytics purposes. These service providers aggregate information about what you see and interact with on our website and on the pages of our partner websites on which the Service is available.
We may also allow certain thirdparty analytics providers to utilize cookies that identify the LazyChimp.com service that you are using and how you use that service. These third parties help us understand your usage of the different aspects of the application, such as user behavior, effectiveness of the application to allow us to make future improvements to the application, and effectiveness of the promotion channels that are used in the application.

Information Sharing
LazyChimp.com may share personally identifiable information that you provide with third parties in the following cases:
- Affiliates. LazyChimp.com may share your personally identifiable information with Affiliates on the condition that the Affiliates' disclosure and use of the information is consistent with this Statement.
- Requests. If you request information or services through the Site, you agree that LazyChimp.com may share personally identifiable information with third parties as may be necessary to provide such information to or perform such services for you. For example, if you use the Site and list a vehicle to request an offer from a dealership, LazyChimp.com will share the information you entered with that dealership (or its designee), if you are a dealer buying a vehicle your information and your dealership information including but not limited to distance, location and type of dealer may be provided to seller as it relates to our service. If that offer was provided by an automobile manufacturer on behalf of a dealer, LazyChimp.com may also share the personally identifiable information you submit as part of the request with the automobile manufacturer and/or its affiliates. Similarly, if through the Site you request additional information from a financial institution, LazyChimp.com will share your information with that institution. Personally identifiable information also may be included in reports to these third parties, but only when you have intended to submit the information to the third party as described above. After the information is provided to such third parties, the subsequent use or disclosure of such information is subject to those third parties' privacy policies and practices and LazyChimp.com does not control their subsequent use or disclosure of information.
- Sweepstakes/Promotions. In the event that you participate in a sweepstakes, contest or other promotion on the Site that is sponsored by LazyChimp.com and a third party, LazyChimp.com reserves the right to share personally identifiable information collected in conjunction with the sweepstakes, contest or promotion with the third party. Listing your vehicle
When listing your vehicle, it is important to note that any information you choose to include in that listing may be made publicly available via the Site and other media in which LazyChimp.com vehicle listings are published, including thirdparty Web sites, search engines, and print publications. You are required to include at least your email address and phone number to allow users to contact you regarding your listing. As such, you may receive unsolicited phone calls and emails from third parties. Except for required information, you should not include any contact or other information in a listing that you do not want other parties to see or use. Particularly license plate numbers and information which may directly relate to you personally. If you wish to access information within our direct control, verify the accuracy of, or change the personally identifiable information in your listing account, or to remove your listing, you can email your request to privacy@lazychimp.com
It's up to you
- You are entitled to make certain choices about how we communicate with you.
- You may choose not to provide personal information, even though that might impact your ability to register or receive a particular product or service.
- If you do not want to receive marketing email from us, you can follow the unsubscribe link provided in those emails.
- If you do not want to receive interest based advertisements, you can opt out as discussed in the sections above.
- You have a number of choices regarding certain Technologies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser's setting to decline cookies if you prefer. The Service may contain links to websites or web pages not operated by LazyChimp.com. The Service may also carry advertisements from third party companies not associated with LazyChimp.com. LazyChimp.com is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or web pages or other services operated by third parties that are linked to or integrated with the Service, or for the privacy practices of third party advertising companies. Once you leave the Service via such a link, access a third party application (such as widgets), or click on an advertisement, you should check the applicable privacy policy of the third party or advertiser site to determine, among other things, how they handle any PII they collect from you.
Message Boards
LazyChimp.com also may offer message boards, bulletin boards, chat rooms, blogs, comments areas or other forums on the Site for use by visitors who are 18 years of age or older. Any information you disclose when posting a message in these Forums may become public. You should not include any information in your posting that you do not want other parties to see or use. Security
Your personally identifiable information is one of our most valuable assets. LazyChimp.com believes that it is especially important to protect children's privacy online.
